Your tour begins with pickup from a hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. Meet your guide and set off for an authentic day in the countryside at a private farm, called an estancia in San Antonio de Areco.
You and your group will head to San Antonio de Areco where you can observe the pampas up close along the way while receiving a comprehensive explanation from your knowledgeable guide.
Upon arrival in San Antonio de Areco, enjoy a village tour, which includes a walk around the city's historic downtown area. Then you can head to the private estancia “El Ombu de Areco”. Once at the estancia, you can enjoy a horseback ride or opt for a “sulky” ride while enjoying a buffet with traditional cold dishes, cheeses and drinks. Then you can enjoy a typical barbecue lunch with the best quality meats. Finish lunch with a delicious dessert and folklore show, followed by a demonstration of gaucho skill.
