Mendoza is one of the most beautiful cities in Argentina. It is a lively and dynamic metropolis that bathes daily in a sunny climate. It rests at the foot of the majestic Andes Mountains below Aconcagua, which culminates at 6.960 meters and remains the highest peak in the Americas.
Nearby is the statue of Christ the Redeemer, which rises to a height of 4000 meters and represents peace and friendship between Chile and Argentina. Explore the Puente del Inca, a natural stone bridge nestled in the ruins of the ancient Inca.
In good weather, Mendoza is also ideal for many outdoor activities such as rock climbing, trekking, rafting, wind sailing, and skiing.
Departure from Retiro bus station, in a very comfortable bed-bus, which offers both breakfast and dinner. You travel through the Argentine Pampas, and spend the night on the bus.
You will arrive at the Mendoza bus station to be transferred to the hostel. You will be accommodated in a friendly hostel, in a four-bed room with a private bathroom.
Day trip to the Andes Cordillera. This is an amazing tour in which you see Aconcagua (the highest peak in the western world), Puente del Inca and Uspallata. This tour departs at 7:30 am from the hostel.
Half day at the Bodegas (the famous cellars of Argentina). In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the train station and board the bus to return to Buenos Aires. You will spend the night there where breakfast and dinner will be served.
