The most beautiful beach in the world is in the Caribbean

Travelers, if you want to dive into crystal-clear waters and be amazed by the beauty of the sea, it is better to set your sights on the Atlantic Ocean, and more specifically the Caribbean according to TripAdvisor's “Traveler's Choice Beaches 2016” international ranking.

Grace Bay in Providenciales takes first place while Paraiso beach in Cayo Largo, Cuba takes third place. The beaches of Cayo de Agua (5th), in Los Roques National Park in Venezuela, Flamenco de Culebra (6th), in Puerto Rico, as well as West Bay Beach (9th) in the Islas de ma Bahia department in Honduras are the other Caribbean representatives.
Also in the Atlantic, Brazil obtains second place thanks to the splendor of the beach of Baia do Sancho, on the island of Fernando do Noronha.

Spain and Greece unite the most beautiful beaches in Europe

On the Old Continent, Spain and Greece each have no less than six beaches in the European ranking, including the Balearic Islands (1st) and Ses Illetes beach for the first and Elafonissi in Crete (2nd). For its part, Portugal stands out as a challenger thanks to the Algarve region which concentrates its four representatives. The most beautiful Portuguese beach is that of Marinha (3rd). Note that Cyprus and Turkey are represented in the ranking respectively thanks to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras (9th) and Iztuzu beach (8th), on the Aegean coast.

For its part, France appears for the first time ... in 25th place, thanks to the Palombaggia beach, in Porto-Vecchio. The Corsican haven of peace is also number one in the French classification. In this national ranking, there is something for everyone. After Corsica, the Basque coast is represented in second position (Côte des Basques), then the Breton coasts with the Sillon beach in Saint-Malo in third position.
