The cycle path of La Vallée du Loir à Vélo (V 47)
This 320 km route of carefully selected small roads begins at the source of the Loir (Saint-Eman) and ends at the gates of Angers where it connects to the Loire by bike. A cycle route full of charm, to be traveled at your own pace, to savor all the diversity of the region because it does not just follow the river.
The rich architectural and natural heritage of Vendôme
On summer evenings, when it is skillfully highlighted by the lighting, the city of Vendôme is particularly attractive. The City of Water and Light route reveals all the charms of the Abbey of the Trinity. To contemplate after having climbed to the castle to enjoy the panorama over the whole city at sunset.
Sleep in a troglodyte gîte in Trôo or Lavardin
An experience to live in one of these villages which are among the most beautiful in the valley. Clinging to the hillsides, they shelter architectural treasures, from underground galleries to charming residences, to be discovered in particular during the Troglo Days in September.
Lude castle, jewel of the valley
