Les Miserables in show

The show Les Misérables retraces the story of Jean Valjean, released on parole after 19 years in prison, and condemned by law to be banished. Only the bishop of Digne treats him with humanity, and Jean Valjean, hardened by years in the dungeon, thanks him for his kindness by stealing his silverware. Valjean is then caught by the police, but the bishop does not hesitate to lie to save him. Valjean then decides to start a new life. But will fate catch up with him?
