Late morning departure to Stonehenge

This is one of the day trips to visit Stonehenge with a slightly late departure after 10am, giving you plenty of time for a leisurely morning in London before setting off. Aboard your luxurious air-conditioned coach, visit Stonehenge in the late morning, then Lacock Windsor for lunch, and in the afternoon you will visit the charming city of Bath.

Your first stop will be at Stonehenge, surrounded by these mysterious 5.000 year old monuments and World Heritage Site. Stonehenge is a great memory of the people once so magnificent towards the end of the Stone and Bronze Age. Visit this prehistoric site and decide for yourself about the use of these 40 tons of rocks. Don't miss this remarkable and mysterious feat of ancient engineering and design! The next stop will be in Windsor, then you'll head to the charming village of Lacock for a traditional fish and local lunch (included).

After lunch, you will travel to the Roman city of Bath, famous for its elegant Georgian architecture. You'll take an in-depth walking tour of Bath, passing Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge (modeled after the Ponte Vecchio in Florence) and perfectly proportioned view of the growing Georgian city.
