The Columbia Icefield is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle. The Icefields Parkway will run from Banff National Park to Jasper National Park and is one of the most beautiful scenic drives in Canada.


Visit Lake Louise, the icon of the Canadian Rockies, before your spectacular journey along the Icefields Parkway. At Lake Louise, stroll along its emerald green shores with picture-perfect panoramic views of the Victoria Glacier. With photo stops at Crowfoot Glacier and Peyto Lake, you're on your way to the awe-inspiring view of Big Hill.

On this guided tour, you'll learn about the unique ecosystem and creation of the glaciers you encounter on your way to the Columbia Icefield. After your ride on the Ice Explorer ATV, it's time to visit the Glacier Gallery, a restaurant or gift shop at the Glacier Center. Return to Banff in the afternoon.
