    Day 1: Athens – Corinth Canal – Mycenae – Epidaurus – Nafplio (D)
    You will leave Athens in the morning to board a coach that will take you along the coast to the Corinth Canal. The canal connects the Saronic Gulf to the Gulf of Corinth. Steep and narrow, it is the favorite spot for bungee jumpers looking for thrills. After a stop where you will have plenty of time to admire this impressive canal, you will continue your journey to the seaside resort of Nauplia for a walk, before taking the coach back to Mycenae, where you will visit the Archeological site. There, you will immerse yourself in ancient Greece thanks to your guide who will tell you anecdotes about this period deeply marked by the influence of the Roman Empire. You will then have free time for lunch at a local restaurant (own expense).



    During the afternoon, you will visit the archaeological site of Epidaurus.     After breakfast at the hotel, you will meet your guide who will accompany you for a morning visit to the archaeological site of Olympia. At the time of ancient Greece, the site attracted pilgrims who gathered around the Atlis (sanctuary of the gods) in homage to the Greek god Zeus. You will discover fascinating ruins, such as the Stadium of Olympia, where the Olympic Games were held in ancient times.
