Appreciate Australia's iconic natural landmarks at sunrise and sunset! See the Australian desert come to life in a fantastical colorful tableau – watch the rock domes of Kata Tjuta at sunrise and Uluru (Ayers Rock) at sunset! Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the Australian bush and a champagne toast at sunset on these small-group tours of Australia on two separate routes!

The 36 rock domes of Kata Tjuta and the massive, mystical red rock of Uluru (Ayers Rock) are Australia's two top attractions. This Best of Ayers Rock pack takes you to each of these sights, on two separate tours, at the most awe-inspiring times of the day!

After a late afternoon walking tour around Ayers Rock, your guide will take you to the best point to see one of Australia's iconic figures as the sun sets. Pour yourself a glass of champagne and get ready for one of the most amazing phenomena on the planet. For a few minutes at sunset, Uluru will look like a red glow as the sandstone rocks catch the rays of the setting sun. Your small group will toast to this magical experience before returning to Ayers Rock Resort. (accommodation not included)

The next day you will return to Kata Tjuta National Park to see the sunrise. When dawn breaks on the horizon, the rock domes of Kata Tjuta will change colors dramatically in the glow of the rising sun. After watching this amazing natural light show, you will be treated to a gourmet picnic breakfast in the bush. Hear the sounds of Australian bush creatures, as Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is a famous wildlife haven in Australia.

You can choose to do both tours in one day or spread them over two days, and you can also schedule tours in reverse order, visiting Kata Tjuta first, and arranging to spend additional nights in Ayers Rock.
