Observe the new viewpoints and other interesting details that could easily be overlooked in this great city of Berlin. The area is also a good place to look and photograph and at the end of the tour you will get a bird's eye view of Berlin from the top of the high rise buildings.

    Highlights

    • Done in English

The tour starts after a 5 minute walk following the border between East and former West Berlin where you can get to the Holocaust Memorial. This 19.000 m² (4,7 acre) plaza is a reminder of the millions of Jews murdered during the Nazi era. For the skilled photographer, it provides endless curiosities: 2711 stelae, astonishingly appearing narrow streets and missing persons in the labyrinth.
Next to the Memorial, you will come to Berlin's new city center, Potsdamer Platz. The best in high-rise architecture.

The construction of the roof of the Sony Research Center, like the great sails below and like Mount Fuji in Japan from the distance, is an absolute must for all camera enthusiasts. The restaurant offers world cuisine and quite typical German cuisine and Berlin specialties.

Your walking tour plus photography ends at Potsdamer Platz.

Some of the things you will learn from your photographer guide:

    • How to Incorporate Lighting Conditions to Create Spectacular Photos
    • How to Capture the Atmosphere of a Particular Scene
    • How to compose a photo to get the maximum effect
